I cannot figure this out.Looks so different. I can see my template but do not understand what to do next. 1 Laurie Engels December 25, 2019 01:55 I am unable to move files from your website to my ipad. There's no cute little picture of a zip file and no download button or anything even close. I need written instructions, taken when you are downloading pictures from your website as it is now, not etsy, onto a new ipad. My screens look nothing at all like what is being shown on the video, and none of the options match, and I can't make a photo small enough to fit in the 2mg I'm allowed to attach. 0 Kristina Patel April 03, 2020 18:59 I’m having a LOT of difficulty getting my files onto my iPad. I’ve unzipped everything in file explorer, but then the folders are empty so nothing is getting moved over. Very odd. I just spent $30 so I’d like this to work! 0 Johanne White June 07, 2020 22:07 Hi there. I’m going to say the same I'm afraid. I am unable to move files from your website to my ipad. There's no cute little picture of a zip file and no download button or export button or anything even close. I need written instructions, taken when you are downloading pictures from your website as it is now, not etsy, onto a new ipad. My screens look nothing at all like what is being shown on the video, and none of the options match, and I can't make a photo small enough to fit in the 2mg I'm allowed to attach. I’ve just spent £56 and have wasted over 6 hours. From being so excited to enter the digital journaling world it’s left me so frustrated and fed up. I did try emailing you only to get a reply your having a break until March. It’s June now... 0 T JR June 29, 2020 19:12 Edited Hi everybody! I hate to hear how much trouble everyone’s been having. I’m sure some of you have already given up but I hope you come back here every once in a while to see if there’s been a reply. I had the same problems But I was able to get past them. Here’s my attempt at helping all of you. :) For starters I have the new 2020 iPad Pro 12.9 in. I’m working off of Firefox and the latest version of GoodNotes. 1. I ordered from boho berry.com, so first log into your account. 2. Go to your downloads. 3. Press and HOLD the download link until a menu pops up. (You can press and hold with pencil or finger) Menu will have options like Open in new tab, Bookmark link, etc. Choose Download Link. 4. When it wants to confirm the download choose Download Now. You’ll see it downloading at the bottom of the screen. When it’s finished there will be a check mark and it will eventually disappear. 5. Minimize that and open GoodNotes. 6. Choose (+) New. 7. Choose Import. 8.Now comes the part where I whined a little. Your planner may not be in the Downloads folder. Mine wasn’t. So hit the back button in that little pop up screen until you can see all your folders. I clicked through all mine and found it in ‘On My iPad’ then in the ‘Firefox” folder and then in a ‘Downloads’ folders. Note: I did not use File Explorer. The second download DID have the .zip extension but it imported and opened in GoodNotes just fine. O.o I hope I didn’t leave anything out and hope this helps! T 0 Please sign in to leave a comment.
